Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

At Softvora, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers and clients can request cancellation of services, projects, or applicable subscriptions provided by Softvora.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication or support channels provided by Softvora.

Cancellation eligibility may depend on the type of service, project status, payment status, and terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or engagement.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is received before significant work has started, Softvora may review the request and determine whether the service can be cancelled.

Any applicable payment processing fees, third-party expenses, administrative costs, or other expenses already incurred may be considered when determining the amount, if any, that can be refunded.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started, cancellation may be subject to the amount of work already completed and resources committed to the project.

Payments related to completed work, delivered materials, purchased resources, third-party services, or other committed expenses may not be refundable.

4. Project Cancellation

For custom projects, clients may request cancellation by contacting Softvora through the agreed communication channel.

Softvora will review the project status and applicable agreement before confirming the cancellation.

Any outstanding payment for work already completed may remain payable even if the project is cancelled.

5. Subscription or Recurring Services

Where Softvora provides subscription-based or recurring services, customers may request cancellation according to the applicable subscription terms.

Cancellation may prevent future renewals but does not necessarily result in a refund for a period that has already been paid for.

6. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

Softvora reserves the right to suspend or cancel services where agreed payments are not received within the applicable payment period.

Cancellation or suspension due to non-payment does not automatically remove any outstanding payment obligations for work or services already provided.

7. Cancellation Request Process

To request cancellation, please provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address associated with the service or account
  • Order, invoice, or project reference number, if applicable
  • Service or project name
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Any relevant supporting information

Softvora will review the request and communicate the applicable cancellation outcome.

8. Refunds After Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are separate matters. Cancelling a service does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Any refund will be evaluated according to the applicable Refund Policy, service agreement, and circumstances of the cancellation.

9. Third-Party Services

If a service depends on third-party platforms, software, hosting, licenses, APIs, or other external services, cancellation may be subject to the terms and costs associated with those third-party services.

10. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

Softvora reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy when necessary.

Any changes will be published on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

11. Contact Us
